The investigation of Columbia/HCA was unfolding in the USA and the disclosures confirmed the accuracy of my previous assessments. I rubbed that in and then referred to the court actions against Sun. Information about the US Justice department's withdrawal of its criminal investigation of Sun healthcare had arrived and I included this before posting.
