The enclosed correspondence from the Head, Division of Agriculture and Science regarding his concerns over the status of Dr Rindos, refers.

Dr Partis' concern confirms the doubts raised by Mr Stuart Andrews and myself regarding Dr Rindos' position when we were investigating an associated case.

Indeed, Mr Andrews indicated to Dr Partis that he was concerned about the seemingly excessive teaching load being undertaken by Dr Rindos as this could potentially compromise any action we may wish to take in the future.

Could you please investigate the concerns outlined in Dr Partis' correspondence and advise me of the reqired course of action to ensure that Dr Rindos' performance is properly monitored and evaluated. I suggest you do this in consultation with Dr Partis.
