When Rindos' tenure report comes in, send it to Sandra Bowdler saying:

"This is the report prepared by Dr Rindos. Although you are not currently his superior, you have been closely involved with Dr Rindos' teaching and academic work in the past year and I would be grateful for your comments on each section of the report.

Would you please return your comments to me so that the document can be sent through to the Head of Division, Professor Charles Oxnard."
