As a West Australian completing my Ph.D. at the University of Oregon, I was disturbed about your legal attempts to censor information regarding this case. Whereas I am not familiar with the merits of the case, this came to my attention through a posting on a ListServ that deals with censorship issues. The UWA is now becoming famous because of your archaic censorship motives and UWA's reputation is not been favorably looked upon by those interested ... this doesn't speak well of UWA and guess what? ... the whole world now knows and guess what also? ... I bet you'll be featured in some of the Internet and web magazines in forthcoming issues, the media in the U.S. love this sort of "lets dig our hole deeper by trying to prevent people from speaking out". It is a story maker-- activity relating to limiting free speech ...
